Hibari za leo from Tanzania

Hey All

Just a quick note to let you know that we are safe, sane, healthy, happy and maybe even a couple of pounds heavier after a week or so out on safari in the wilds of Kenya. We have had some bumps along the road(s) literally and figuratively, but as they say in Kenya, Hakuna Matata. We have met great people, seen incredible animals, eaten yummy food (and some not so yummy), and been to places I could only dream about - as I never thought I would actually be in Africa. It's late, I teach in the morning and I will get this updated (we will) over the next couple of days.

It's hot, Africa hot

I keep thinking about you guys and the fact that you are probably cold as we swelter in So. Ore. heat.
Look forward to hearing from you SOON!

Hello Rogans!
I'm sorry I didn't get to come say goodbye before you left! I hope you all are having a wonderful time! I know you may not get the chance to check this before you go to Tanzania, but I wanted to give you the contact information for the little girl I sponser. Her name is Glory Patrick, and she lives on Majengo Street in Arusha (near the town bus stop). Her project center is Tanzania Assemblies of God - Azimio- TZ-102. I am not sure if that means anything, and I didn't get the chance to give you anything to give her, but it would be amazing for you just to make contact with her! We hope you are all doing well, and Mom wants you to know that Sugey is doing great! Love you guys and thinking of you! Love, Stephy
